If you’re in the conscious relationship space in any capacity you’ve probably heard some buzz phrases like feminine / masculine energy and polarity. This is essentially the yin yang of relationships, which isn’t only relevant in our romantic lives, it’s also present in our businesses.
The dilemma for the female entrepreneur is that she often spends too much time in masculine mode. This is normal because business (especially entrepreneurship with it’s many moving parts) takes a lot of mental capacity, which is a masculine trait.
Running a remote business takes a lot of technical skill (again masculine) and it takes time to learn those parts. Building the websites, editing the videos, formatting the sales copy.
This is the foundation. The Structure. The Architecture.
So take a moment to celebrate yourself. You’ve come so far! And the hardest part - the heavy lifting, is over. Now it’s time to slip...
As a female entrepreneur it can be overwhelming with all the business tasks that constantly need attention. Here’s three ways to leave anxiety at the door and shift to a more peaceful, relaxed & inspiring way to run your business:
#3 | Get A System In Place To Support All The Moving Parts
There’s plenty of pieces in business that need our attention. Clients, content creation, planning our next launch, doing interviews and marketing, and what our next growth strategies are for social media. When there’s a lot of things to manage and make space for, it’s key to have a supportive masculine system (think calendars & schedules) in our business to allow for the fun, creative feminine energy to come out and work her magic.
Biz Alignment Prompts: What do I actually want to be doing? What would it look like if it was easy? What can I outsource here? How can I be more effective at batching my content on certain days of the month?
In ancient times, women of a tribe or community would gather together during their bleed to support one another. However in today’s modern world, most of us have become desensitized and disconnected from our bodies by use of synthetic hormones and perfumes, invasive birth control methods and media manipulation which have incrementally separated us from our innate wisdom and intuition.
But Truth can only be suppressed so long. The reality is that there’s a mass spiritual awakening occurring, and together we’re ushering in a new paradigm not just for conscious female entrepreneurship, but true conscious leadership in all areas of our lives including health, romance and business.
Here’s our 2 favorite rituals for deepening the relationship you have with your body, blood and the inner knowings that reside within you during this time of the month:
Ritual 1 - Give Your Blood To The Earth.
What you’ll need:
How would it feel to have a deeper feminine faith in the way you run your business? Knowing that everything will get done, you can work on the projects that inspire you, and you can trust your intuition to guide the process?
Here at Cyclical Living, we’re a community of conscious female entrepreneurs who believe that alignment is everything, and today we’re sharing the 3 ways our community & clients run their businesses differently and how you can too:
#3 | She Meditates First & Strategizes After
Alignment is everything. And the Conscious Female Entrepreneur knows that when her business decisions are backed with the right energy, her desires come into form way faster. It’s truly about getting into alignment with what your soul wants to offer rather than what the industry standard is. So before you do anything, whether it’s something bigger like launching your next course or high level 1:1 offering, or something as simple as making your next...
Do you ever get to a point in the month when you start feeling agitated about your business? On one hand you’re feeling stoked and proud of yourself because you just spent the last couple weeks getting so much done. But now you feel exhausted and frustrated because you realize you can’t sustain that pace all the time, and so you start spiralling into self criticism.
Your inner dialogue might go something like this:
Wtf is wrong with me?
Why can’t I seem to figure this out?
Maybe I’m not cut out for this…
This is way too tiring trying to be ‘on’ all the time.
Here’s the thing. You’ve just spent the first couple weeks of your period cycle in the Follicular & Ovulation Phases. So it was natural and easy to feel super creative, to show up online consistently and to overflow all your juicy content to your audience.
But moving into your next phase, it’s a totally different...
3 things you need before hiring a web designer and launching a site.
Understand your core message in business.
Define your ideal client. Who they are, what are their pain points, and what are they looking to experience.
Create your core offering for your ideal client. What pain point are you solving?
After these three things you can begin working on the copy for your website, graphics and photos, along with your branding experience (colours, fonts, messaging, and more).
Then, hire the web designer! When you have everything together it make the design process so much easier for them and yourself because your clear, you know who you serve, and they can help bring it to life.
Remember you will edit and change things eventually. You’re website doesn’t need to be perfect to launch it but it does need to be clear so your audience understands who you are, what you do, and how they can work with you.
